Hi all!

I am in need of a SUPER FAST dessert recipe that isn't the cranberry bark or microwave cakes. HELP!

Cool and Creamy Chocolate Fondue w/ Strawberries and Graham Cracker Sticks! (It's in All The Best)

Ingredients: chocolate chip cookie dough, and snicker bites. (The smallest ones you can find)
Directions: Wrap the cookie dough around the snicker bite, and bake on a stone 10 min. at 375.
DELICIOUS! (I do these at my PC shows, even though it's not a PC recipe)

One of my favorites is what I call mini muffin pan cookies. First, I spray the pan with cooking spray, either floured or non-floured, then I take 24 count "place-and-bake" chocolate chip cookie dough, and place one piece of dough into each well. Pop them in the oven at the temperature recommended on the wrapper for about the same amount of time (depends on the oven). Once they are done, I then take a mini peanut butter cup and place it in the center of the cookie and then sprinkle m-n-m baking chips on top. I have also done this with sugar cookie dough, Hershey Kisses and Andes mint chips. Both are very yummy and I end up selling a few mini muffin pans!

Are you going somewhere? Or unexpected company coming over? What's up?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a quick and easy dessert recipe I can make in under 30 minutes?

A great option is a microwave mug cake. Simply mix 4 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and a splash of vanilla extract in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave for about 1 minute, and enjoy a warm, delicious cake in no time!

Can I make a dessert using just a few ingredients?

Absolutely! A simple fruit parfait is a perfect choice. Layer yogurt, your choice of fresh fruits (like berries or bananas), and granola in a glass or bowl. It’s not only quick to assemble but also healthy and visually appealing!

What’s a no-bake dessert I can prepare quickly?

Try making chocolate-covered pretzels! Simply melt some chocolate chips in the microwave, dip pretzels into the melted chocolate, and then place them on parchment paper to cool. You can also sprinkle them with sea salt or crushed nuts for added flavor!

Is there a dessert I can make with store-bought ingredients?

Yes! You can create a delicious ice cream sundae. Scoop your favorite ice cream into a bowl and top it with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. It’s quick, easy, and always a crowd-pleaser!

What’s a fun dessert I can make with kids in a hurry?

Make fruit kabobs! Simply have kids skewer pieces of their favorite fruits (like strawberries, grapes, and melon) onto wooden sticks. You can also serve them with a side of yogurt for dipping. It’s a fun and interactive way to enjoy a sweet treat!
