Here are a few from me:
1. Hit counters for our websites.
2. E-mails on important things (like commission statements not going out) to all consultants not just upper-level directors since most directors don't pass them on.
3. More support and realization that part-time and hobby consultants run important businesses too - granted HO does a GREAT job with training, but they focus a lot on things and campaigns for full-time consultants without having a scaled down version for the rest.
