pinch bowls have my vote...adding a pour spout is genious!

I love the look of the pinch bowls, but I think the metal pans:yuck: will be a plus for a lot of customers

ooooohhh...I can't wait to get my hands on one of those!

oops, need to add that i think the real hit is going to be the HWC products. LOVE THEM!

pinch bowls..... although I'm really excited about the cookware protectors because you can use them on stoneware, cookware or the trifle bowl. I know I will buy quite a few of these! :D

cookware protectors

Not sure - nothing is WOWing me yet - I think I might have to have hands on first - I do like the collander set, pinch bowls too - Why did they discontinue the cranberry scraper collection that just came out - I sell a TON of them - and aren't so sure about the new ones - the look doesn't personally appeal to me - hmmmmm

Ooohhh.... what I love and what my customers love aren't always the same.I really like the collapsible bowl, and I think the party sticks will also be a hit.

I actually really like the party sticks and I think that will be the one that my husband will like a lot too! I really like the design, I can't wait until I get them! How many come in a package Ann?
I can just see me now with my bottle of wine and 2 glasses out back watching the kids and dog playing! ooooh I normally do not like the real hot heat of summer but how I want heat, I'm tired of being cold! LOL!:D

my big thing is the outdoor cups. i am so thrilled!! i love my plates, I use them for everyday use and the cups are a huge plus for me!! I sell them to lots of clients too. hoping to get some sales now that the cups and caddy are in!!

Also, a big WHOO HOO for the grill basket! My hubby's gonna have a good Father's Day! ;)

Pinch bowls!
They are so cute!

You should've heard how quiet the crowd was when they announced the metal baking sheets....
I'm sure there is a market for them and we don't want to miss those sales do we?

Oh ya the grill basket - I think I will love that one - And Hey Cathy - I will bring the wine - PARTY this summer at your house or mine??LOL - I live by the ocean! LOL -

I am really not sure about those honestly - I have seen them in LNT and BBB - I believe for alot cheaper-

I really like the collapsible bowl, and the party sticks too - we like to camp, and go to the beach...and both of those will be perfect for that! The bowl, because it won't take up room when packing the camper....and the party sticks, for around the campfire - I can see them being used so many ways besides just drinks! Cups of marshmallows, chocolate bars, and graham crackers....holders for ketchup and mustard.....and at the beach - cups of snacks up away from the sand.....you could have one by you for a drink, and another for snacks!:D

It is one large one to hold a wine bottle or 2 Ltr bottle and I think 6 small for glasses.

I think it is pretty unanimous (why does that word not look right?) that the pinch bowls, collapsible bowl, BBQ Grill Basket and Party Sticks are a favorite. I wish the party sticks were a little bit longer. I just feel like you have to build a display to put them in or sit right on the ground. I'm thinking that a lot of people are going to love them and buy them, but it might take a little too much effort to actually use them. So we definitely have to make to Out of the Box calls to anyone who orders them to make sure they don't collect dust.

I also think that the cookware protectors are an awesome thing for consultants but I'm not sure tons of people will actually need them for their homes.

I do love the Outdoor things like the caddy. There are a few things that I will just have to have (the caddy, the tumblers, the pinch bowl set and collapsible bowl for sure).

The outdoor serving set is nice to have, but I really wish they had brought out a nice everyday serving set too!:chef:

I had the opportunity to listen in when another director asked a senior person in the company about the pans. The response was a combination of genuine excitement and pride in the quality of these pans. Seems a sizeable share of 'the market' prefers metal pans (I can only assume these are people who haven't actually tried the stoneware.) At any rate, these folks are all potential customers/contacts/hosts....so if they aren't going to buy stoneware, I'm thrilled the company is giving us the opportunity to sell them an alternative.

(According to 'my source', the aluminumized (sp?) steel is exceptionally strong and supposedly the bomb for conducting heat; they won't warp...even when used under the broiler. Of course, it's also nice that they're dishwasher safe.)

The statistic they quoted from stage is that 60% of consumers prefer metal pans. And there are times when even stoneware lovers need a metal pan - like for broiling or under a foil pan (frozen lasagna, anyone?). The metal sheet pans are very substantial - I picked one up in the product room.

I've never actually had a frozen lasagna....:blushing: but I do think it would be nice for doing individual desserts in the prep bowl - little apple dumplings, or cobblers, or crisps.....I can set them all on the pan to bake. Or like a Creme Brulee - and then just be able to broil them for a minute!

I saw in one of the pictures they had peppers on one - roasting/charring peppers under the broiler - excellent for that!

shoot girl, get rid of that blushing sign!!! That is nothing to be embarrassed by!!! That is great! I've done a frozen one once! And that was all it took for my family to say "yuck!,:yuck: we want yours Mom!" So I am with you there. But I do like the idea of the pans for a quick broiler style garlic bread!

Not seeing the products in person, I love the grill basket and think that will be popular, but for hot sellers, it's always cheaper items! I don't love the green, so I'm not sure the bar board & such will be hot sellers. Too bad, with a great color, they would be. The pinch bowls and the pans will be popular. We can't be too appalled about them. After all, even PC consultants use metal pans. I personally only use them to catch stuff that drips from my stones, but I have a lot of people that can't use stones because they are too heavy. I'll be happy to give them a HIGH quality alternative. I can't wait to get my products!!

I'm really looking forward to using and selling the 'outdoor' bbq/entertainment products. An RV/Camping/Patio entertaining theme party is in the works!

actually our new metal pans are quite heavy! We all thought the same thing until we felt them. They are really about the same as the stones.

My favorites are the grilling basket, outdoor sticks, and Collapsible Bowl; however, I LOVE the Simple Additions "dots" pattern, so I'm very happy about the new salad bowls, especially with our focus shifting to salads for this upcoming selling season!!

Blessings,
Paula

Hopefully, they are still lighter or easier to lift at least. Dishwasher safe will be a plus too.

The product person in the room said that the 10x15 metal pan is half the weight of the large bar pan (same size), and the smaller one is 1 pound exactly.
