I am getting a postcard ready to mail out about the discontinued products

I need help with what to put on the front side of the card - a list of the discontinued products are on the back on this card

I will be using either light yellow or lime green postcards (4 X 6) this way they will stand out in my customers mail.

Here is what I have already but not sure if it is okay - should I add something else, is the wording okay???

It just look sooooo unfinished

I will use a white address label on the card so that this will help stand out for the mail carrier.

HELP PLEASE - I want to put these in the mail tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon.

Thanks

I'd recommend the PC logo so it stands out and then maybe an overflowing shopping cart (all the purchases they're going to make) or someone waving bye-bye as in going, going, gone...

I don't know, just a thought.

cute cute. although no suggestions here (sorry) post your finished product here so we can steal (borrow) it! LOL

I'd also make sure people know that these items are available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis so they contact you right away ... there are somethings going that I fear will be gone FOREVER very soon!

I'd definitely ad a logo.

Great idea!

I added a PC logo on my new copy - it is located right beside where the postage stamp is going

I tried to find a shopping cart and someone waving but in all of my clipart - I just can't find any

Frequently Asked Questions

What information should I include on my discontinued product postcard?

Include the name of the discontinued product, a brief description, and a note about why it's being discontinued. Additionally, mention any similar products that are still available and provide your contact information for questions or orders.

Should I mention any promotions related to the discontinued product?

Yes, if there are any promotions or discounts on similar products, be sure to highlight them. This can encourage customers to consider purchasing alternatives while they still have the chance.

How can I make my postcard visually appealing?

Use high-quality images of the discontinued product and any related items. Incorporate your brand colors and fonts, and ensure the layout is clean and easy to read. Adding a personal touch, like a handwritten note, can also enhance appeal.

Is it important to include a call to action on the postcard?

Absolutely! A clear call to action, such as "Order now while supplies last!" or "Contact me for alternatives!" can motivate customers to take immediate action and engage with you.

How can I personalize the postcard for my customers?

Personalization can be achieved by addressing the postcard to the customer by name and including a short, personalized message. You can also reference past purchases or preferences to make the communication feel more tailored and relevant.
