I was listening to the host coaching CD and Laura talked about a frequently asked questions (by hosts) flyer. Anybody put together such a flyer?

Oh, yes, I would love to see a flyer like that!! I remember listening to another CD with Jillian Eisenberg and she was talking about another flyer (maybe the same one) "Questions you have about the Pampered Chef" ... or something like that.Anyone -- please! :D

I like your flyer. I did find some others in the files section. I'm not sure if those are the ones mentioned on the CD's or not - but they are good. Anyone else using something different?

I have seen this one as well, but I am looking for a flyer that is more for hosting a show.

I am bumping this. I am looking for a flyer with commonly asked host questions. One that does not deal with recruiting. Anybody have one?

Rae designed something like that. You might want to pm her (raebates) or look up her threads.

Okay... I made my own. I revised it from other things I found here. Let me know what you think.
I am planning to put them in the host packet as a resource for some questions I usually get.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Host FAQ Flyer?

A Host FAQ Flyer is a document designed to provide potential hosts with essential information about hosting a direct sales party, specifically for companies like Pampered Chef. It typically includes details about the benefits of hosting, the process involved, and answers to common questions that hosts may have.

What key benefits should be highlighted for hosts?

Key benefits to include are the opportunity to earn free products, discounts on future purchases, exclusive host-only items, and the chance to gather friends for a fun cooking experience. Additionally, mentioning any special promotions or incentives can encourage potential hosts to sign up.

What information about the party process should be included?

It's important to outline the steps involved in hosting a party, including how to choose a date, invite guests, and what to expect during the party. Providing a brief overview of the different types of parties (in-person, virtual, or catalog) can also help hosts understand their options.

How can I address common concerns or questions from potential hosts?

Include a section that addresses common concerns such as time commitment, costs involved, and what happens if guests can't attend. Providing reassurance and clear answers can help alleviate any hesitations potential hosts may have about hosting a party.

Should I include contact information for follow-up questions?

Yes, including your contact information is essential. Make sure to provide multiple ways for potential hosts to reach you, such as phone, email, or social media. This encourages them to ask questions and helps build a rapport, making them more likely to host a party.
