How long (ie months) from the time a party is held does the host get the booking benefits?

The guest that booked a show from the Host's show has 6 months to hold a show for the host to get the booking benefits.

Just remember to make sure that the guest wanting to host a show is "registered" with the host's show that the guest is booking from or the host will not get credit when the guest holds her/his show within 6 months.
