wadesgirl said:I play a Deal or No Deal game similar to Book to Look. I offer envelopes that have the Deal or No Deal logo on them. Each guest picks an envelope. When we check out, if they want to make a deal and book a show, they get to look in the envelope and get that item at their show.

wadesgirl said:I generally stuck with new products under $12. This last season though there wasn't that many (I try to have around 20-25 envelopes) so I used some "classic" products like the smallest scraper, Mix N Chop, etc

'Book to look' is a strategy used in direct sales, particularly in companies like Pampered Chef, where consultants encourage potential hosts to book a party or event to explore the product offerings. It allows customers to see and experience the products firsthand, which can lead to increased interest and bookings.
'Book to look' can help boost bookings by creating a low-pressure environment for potential hosts. It allows them to experience the products in a fun and engaging way, making them more likely to want to host their own event after seeing the benefits and excitement of a live demonstration.
The benefits of using 'book to look' include increased engagement with potential hosts, higher chances of securing bookings, and the ability to showcase products in a personal and interactive setting. This approach can also lead to more sales and a stronger customer relationship.
To effectively promote a 'book to look' event, use social media, email newsletters, and personal invitations to reach out to your network. Highlight the fun aspects of the event, such as cooking demonstrations, product sampling, and exclusive offers for attendees who book their own parties.
For a successful 'book to look' event, prepare a selection of popular Pampered Chef products to showcase, create engaging recipes to demonstrate, and have booking incentives ready for attendees. Additionally, ensure you have a welcoming atmosphere and materials for guests to sign up for future parties.
