I have a hostess that has booked a show in May. She's debating on whether she wants to do it as a HWC fundraiser or a regular show so she can get the benefits. When I told her about some themes that I do for regular shows, she half joked that she may have to do two shows. I want to offer an incentive to help her make that decision, but I'm not sure what to offer. Any suggestions?

Thanks!:D

I would let her book 2 shows but unless she has different groups of people she plans on inviting I would not bargain on her doing 2 shows in one month as people may not budget for buying at 2 shows in one month--just my opinion. Have her book herself of her shows so she can take advantage of the host special at both shows provided they are within 6 months of each other.

Host IncentiveMaybe tell her you'll give her the host special for free. Or if that month's special is on the more expensive side, give her an additional 15% off to make it 75% for the second show?

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of incentives are most effective for encouraging multiple bookings?

Effective incentives can vary based on your audience, but popular options include discounts on future purchases, free products, exclusive access to special events, or entry into a raffle for a larger prize. Tailoring the incentive to your target audience can significantly increase its effectiveness.

How can I determine the right incentive for my team?

To determine the right incentive, consider conducting a survey or having a discussion with your team to understand their preferences. Additionally, analyze past booking trends to see which incentives have been successful in the past and adjust accordingly.

Should the incentive be tiered based on the number of bookings?

Yes, a tiered incentive structure can be very motivating. For example, you could offer a small reward for two bookings, a larger reward for three, and an even bigger reward for four or more. This encourages consultants to aim for higher goals and can lead to increased bookings overall.

How can I promote the incentive to maximize participation?

Promote the incentive through various channels such as social media, email newsletters, and during team meetings. Create eye-catching graphics and share testimonials from those who have benefited from previous incentives. Make sure to communicate the details clearly and frequently to keep it top of mind.

What are some creative ideas for incentives that go beyond discounts?

Creative incentive ideas can include hosting a themed party for those who achieve multiple bookings, offering personalized coaching sessions, or providing exclusive access to new products before they are launched. You could also consider partnering with local businesses for unique experiences or gift certificates.
