I have a fundraiser coming up next month for a preschool and they want me to create a flyer listing different gift buying options. I guess to make shopping easier and/or to encourage parents to spend more.

Does anyone have something like this already? Or ideas about what to put on the list - i.e. the small batter bowls to give with dry ingredients for cookies

Any help would be greatly appreciated - I need to have something to show them in a couple weeks. I am not that creative and hope that someone can help me...

THANKS!

I took one of the flyers and updated the catalog pages with the new catalog and took one or two discontinued items. Please double check my work if you plan to use this flyer - as I am not known as the most detailed person aroun. :)

Great flyer! I would add the Coffee & More Cups #1976 page 8 to the coffee lovers gift!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some creative gift ideas for a preschool fundraiser?

There are many creative gift ideas that can be appealing for a preschool fundraiser. Consider offering themed gift baskets, such as a "Family Game Night" basket with board games and snacks, or a "Crafting Fun" basket filled with art supplies. Personalized items, like custom mugs or tote bags featuring children's artwork, can also be a hit. Additionally, you could offer experiences, such as tickets to local attractions or classes, which can be very enticing for families.

How can I incorporate children's artwork into gift ideas?

Incorporating children's artwork into gift ideas can add a personal touch that parents will love. You can create custom calendars featuring a different piece of artwork for each month, or offer framed prints of their art. Another idea is to turn their drawings into greeting cards or thank you notes that can be sold as a set. These unique items not only celebrate the children's creativity but also make for memorable gifts.

What types of gift baskets work well for preschool fundraisers?

Gift baskets that cater to family activities or children's interests tend to do well. Some popular themes include a "Movie Night" basket with popcorn, candy, and a family-friendly film, a "Baking Kit" with measuring cups, cookie cutters, and a recipe book, or a "Gardening Starter Kit" with seeds, small pots, and gardening tools. Tailoring baskets to seasonal themes, like a "Summer Fun" basket with outdoor toys, can also attract buyers.

Are there any DIY gift ideas that can be used for fundraising?

Absolutely! DIY gift ideas can be both cost-effective and unique. Parents and children can work together to create handmade candles, bath bombs, or soap. You could also organize a craft night where families can create items like friendship bracelets or painted flower pots. These handmade gifts not only showcase the creativity of the preschool community but also foster a sense of togetherness.

How can I promote these gift ideas effectively for the fundraiser?

Promoting your gift ideas effectively can significantly boost sales. Utilize social media platforms to showcase the items, sharing photos and descriptions to generate excitement. Create a dedicated event page or group where parents can see updates and interact. Additionally, consider sending out newsletters or flyers to parents, highlighting the unique aspects of each gift. Engaging the community through local events or fairs can also help spread the word and attract more buyers.
