Welcome Neighbor Gift Ideas - Brainstorming!

I have new neighbors moving in and I am considering making something for when I make it over for the introduction/welcome to the neighborhood. My problem is that I just can't rattle my brain enough to come up with something and would like to know what you would do or have done. TIA

Only thing I can think of that would be easy & no dish to get back is a bread of some type either mini or full loaf. Sorry not much more help.

One idea could be to make a welcome basket or gift basket filled with some local goodies. This could include things like homemade treats, locally made jams or honey, or even a gift card to a nearby coffee shop or restaurant. You could also include a handwritten note welcoming them to the neighborhood and offering any help or advice they may need. Another idea could be to make a personalized doormat with their last name or a fun saying on it. This would not only be a useful gift, but also a thoughtful and personalized touch for their new home. Lastly, you could make a homemade meal or baked goods and deliver it to them as a welcome gesture. This could be a great way to break the ice and get to know your new neighbors over a delicious meal.
