OK- I emailed HO- however-I found a remedy until I hear back from them :) I use google docs so that I can pull up docs and send from my computer or my tablet- but even if you dont have it, you can save what you want to upload to Google Docs- then open the file and copy the URL and paste it to your website. When a host puts that into their browser, it pulls the files right up! I am acutally thinking of scanning and saving a host packet on there- Cooking Show Planner, Guest list, Specials, Recruiting Special, Outside Order Form- for the upcoming months and putting JULY HOSTS CLICK HERE... and then just getting them some books... what are yalls thoughts? Too informal? Most people really use my website... and I am trying to be better at updating it, so if I take 5 minutes at the beginning to update it, then it kind of kills 2 birds with one stone... your thoughts would be much appreciated!!!! :) Thanks!!!

OK- sorry to keep replying! had another idea- what about in the calendar section for each host, uploading their host packet- that way it might be a little more personalized? Just a thought :)
