I am very new, just over 30 days but qualified !!!!! What is Wave 3 ????? Sorry if I sound off the wall !!!!!
 
In the past, National Conference has been divided into three separate sessions or "waves" because of the large number of consultants attending. In 2010 there will just be one conference, so no waves.
