Is anyone else having trouble bringing up their PP3?

Mine comes up to say: An error has occured. See the log file.
Not sure what all that means?
 
Stupid question but dose PP3 stand for Pampered Partner Plus or is there a newer one that I missed?
 
P3 is Pampered Partner Plus.If you're having a problem, call Tech Support. They're really good and they'll figure out what the problem is.
