I just purchased a laptop with Vista. I wanted to copy my information from PP3 desktop (XP). But when I tried to transfer with gig stick it would say invalid path. So how do I fix that? Thanks.

You need to install the program directly to your computer and then transfer the data. The tech staff at HO can walk you through any glitches you may have with it. THEY ARE GREAT!!
