SO... if I have a show on March 14th and submit it after the 15th ... it won't count for the Spring Product incentives total will it????????? Sigh....

To be safe ,why dont you just put it the 16th.....HTH

I agree even if you still have your show on the 14th, have it entered for the16th so it'll count :) parties get rescheduled all the time.

It says held and submitted so as long as the date of the show is the 15th or later it will count. We aren't supposed to manipulate show dates technically- so be careful!

I don't feel good about talking about how God blesses my business and then putting a different date on the show. I actually went in to PP3 and changed the date a bit ago and have felt sick ever since. I am going to put the actual date in and pray that God will bless the rest of my shows in the time frame and if I don't make it... oh well. It's such a bummer that it's not just "submitted" shows :) Oh well... life goes on. Thanks for all your posts! Who knows... it is a week away... it may end rescheduled after all!

Well, you've got me thinking about my ethics cause I don't see too big a problem with changing it since you're submitting it in their timeframe. I had THREE shows in late February that did not close before the March 5 deadline so I didn't get double points just because I was allowing the host to try to get another order. In other words, PC didn't have to give me those double points because I was helping someone out so will it really hurt anything if I move a date by two days? Hmmmmm. WWJD?

Oh man... I don't want anyone to feel bad by what i posted... it's a very personal decision. I wanted my double points in Feb. and I wanted my Feb. commission at the higher percentage so I told my Feb 26 and 28 shows they had to close... I got home at 10pm on the 28th and was posting her show and one other one that emailed everything in late until 11:45! I didn't give the host on the 28th the option of waiting to close... that isn't a "rule" either that it had to be in... but it was the way I wanted it to be. I do feel different for myself about this show on the 14th for myself though... this posted and submitted thing is clear but creates a bit of a grey area that can be manipulated... I can't do it for myself though. Please... anyone and everyone... I'm not trying to offend in any way here....

I don't think your post offended anyone- but I do agree that it is a personal decision. I have manipulated show dates before and I am sure I will again, but it is not my place to tell others what to do. If you feel comfortable changing the show date-do it! We are all free to make our own choices in our businesses. If you don't feel comfortable then don't do it... it is as simple as that!

Nicely put!!! In reality you're the one doing the shows, and as long as your host is getting her appropriate benefits in the month she held her show I personally don't see any problem with having her show/submit date being the same. That's just me. I've never manipulated a show date for an incentive (because I didn't have any that close); but I'm sure if I were faced with it I would ask the host if she minded, esp. since it gives her a couple of extra days on her PHD...
