Short EmailsI like to send a couple of emails a week to my team. Often it's a flyer or tip from Chef Success. I learned from Sue Rusch a long time ago a quick tip or recipe idea can be a great motivator and email makes it easy.

I heard from an upper level director (a very successful one) that she has her 3 monthly tips she gives her downline. Now that her cluster is so big, she calls her 20% personally and the rest get the tips either if they call her or through postcalls.com. Anyone do this?

I send instant recognition when ever it is appropriate and I send great tips and ideas as I hear or think of them and also other training or information emails.

My team gets at least 2 emails per week from me and I fear clogging their inbox.

I also call my top or hot and new team members at least once a week and everyone else at least once a month.

I do pass along emails my upline sends me, too.

My most favorite place to find motivation is Chef Success. When I find a great flyer/tip whatever- I'll forward it to my downline. Something like that can be very motivating to me and to them and quick for me to do. And I'm sure this site will also become a great resource for us.

PcosHey there,

Wondering if anyone else has PCOS? My doctor started me on Metformin and while it takes about 6 months to see noticible resuilts from it, I wanted to see if anyone else had successes with it?

What is PCOS?

Oh -- Its Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome.

Here is a pretty good article describing the effects of it.

I have PCOS... and mine is also controlled by Metformin, and I am having a hard time dealing with the aspects of becoming pregnant again becasue I was diagnosed with it after I had my daughter. :(

I was diagnosed with it when I was pregnant with my son (he was second). My old OBGYN misdagnosed me with Endomitriosis and he even did a laposcropy on me. I ended up at a new OBGYN and she realized right away that he was a wackadoo. She did tests and ultrasounds and bloodwork like mad (I felt like a pin cushion.) and sent me to an endocinologist. I was so relieved.

Since I won't be having more kids, the conception issues are not a concern for me, but I've heard the Metformin helps wonderfully for those who are looking to concieve. How long have you been taking it and what is your dosage?? Have you noticed weight loss?

I have been taking Metformin since September of last year, for the first little while I wasn't as consistent in taking it as I am now. I am starting to see a little bit of weight loss but I also have been doing things to help with weight loss.
