Does anyone use a postcard to send to your hosts who don't have email about their online show? I have several hosts who don't use email and trying to explain their host password and the website over the phone doesn't usually get me any where. I thought if someone already used a postcard that has information about using my website to help their show including their host password then I wouldn't have to make one myself.

Thanks Deb, I had a differen't version but I love this one. I am excited to use it in my upcoming shows!!!!!

Thank you! That gave me some great ideas.

Hi there! As a fellow Pampered Chef consultant, I can definitely understand the struggle of trying to communicate with hosts who don't use email. While I haven't personally used postcards for this purpose, I have found success in creating a simple flyer or handout that outlines the steps for accessing the host website and the host password. This way, they have a physical reference to keep with them and can easily refer to it whenever they need to. You could also consider sending a physical invitation to their online show with this information included. I hope this helps and best of luck with your upcoming shows!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some creative postcard ideas for sending show information without email?

Consider using colorful postcards that feature images of popular Pampered Chef products. You can include a brief description of the show, the date and time, and a personal note inviting your guests. Adding a QR code that links to your online catalog or RSVP page can also enhance engagement.

How can I make my postcards stand out?

To make your postcards stand out, use vibrant colors and eye-catching designs. Incorporate fun graphics or photos of your products in action. Personalizing each postcard with a handwritten note can also add a special touch that makes recipients feel valued.

What information should I include on the postcard?

Your postcard should include the date, time, and location of the show, a brief description of what guests can expect, and any special promotions or offers. Don’t forget to include your contact information and a call to action, such as asking them to RSVP or visit your website for more details.

How can I encourage recipients to attend the show?

To encourage attendance, highlight any exclusive offers or giveaways that will be available at the show. You can also mention any fun activities planned, such as cooking demonstrations or tastings. Including a personal invitation and expressing your excitement about seeing them can also motivate them to attend.

What are the benefits of using postcards instead of email for show invitations?

Postcards can have a more personal touch and can stand out more than an email in a crowded inbox. They can also reach individuals who may not check their email regularly. Additionally, physical mail can create a sense of anticipation and excitement about the event, making it more memorable for recipients.
