I am doing a fundraiser for a school sports group. I have packets made up with a catalog and order forms. Does anyone have a letter that they put in the packets the kids take home?

It's not mine, but...Here are the ones I was given, by Advanced Director, Tracy King who earned Level 3 in February due to a $20,000 month. She had a fundraiser for her kid's school that ended up being over $15000! She split them up into 3 or 4 different fundraisers so that it wasn't so overwhelming when the order came in.

How can you give 30% profit to the school? Thanks, Michelle

The consultant donated her 15% commission to the school as well as the 15% from Pampered Chef.

Also, the consultant is an Adv Director, so she still made money even after donating her 15% commission.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a School Sports Fundraiser and how does it work?

A School Sports Fundraiser is a campaign organized by schools to raise money for sports programs through the sale of products, such as those offered by Pampered Chef. Participants sell items from a catalog, and the profits from these sales go directly to support the sports teams. Typically, schools provide order forms for students to collect orders and payments from family and friends.

How can Pampered Chef products be used for a sports fundraiser?

Pampered Chef offers a variety of kitchen tools, cookbooks, and food products that can be appealing to a wide audience. Schools can partner with Pampered Chef to create a catalog featuring these items, allowing students to sell them to their community. The unique and high-quality nature of Pampered Chef products can help boost sales and increase fundraising success.

What materials do I need to run a successful fundraiser?

To run a successful fundraiser, you will need a catalog of Pampered Chef products, order forms for collecting sales, and promotional materials to inform the community about the fundraiser. Additionally, setting a clear timeline for the campaign and providing guidance to participants on how to sell effectively can enhance the overall success of the fundraiser.

How do I collect orders and payments during the fundraiser?

Participants should use the provided order forms to write down customer orders, including product details and quantities. Payments can be collected at the time of order or upon delivery, depending on the school's preference. It's important to keep track of all orders and payments accurately to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.

What are some tips for promoting the fundraiser effectively?

To promote the fundraiser effectively, consider using social media, school newsletters, and community bulletin boards to spread the word. Encourage students to share their fundraising efforts with family and friends, and host events or demonstrations showcasing the Pampered Chef products. Engaging the community and creating excitement around the fundraiser can significantly boost sales.
