Best place to go is All the Best cookbook. It's great, because of the step by step pictures. (If you've never done rings before).

Just pick a shape (ring, braid or wreath)
then pick a filling! (Classic Reuben, Beef Taco, Spinach and Artichoke, Chicken Club, Turkey and Cranberry, Chicken and Broccoli, BBQ Chicken or Garden Vegetable Omelet!)
