I would very much like to reward Senior Consultants and Team Leaders for their promotions at my April meeting. I would also like to stay within budget and give them something that I can give everyone when they promote. Any ideas?

My Director gave me my ribbon tote and I love it!

What my director did once it wasn't for promoting it was for increasing bookings from what we had when she first contacted us. I forget exactly what she did but based on how many more bookings you got you got to choose specific things from Merril, she didn't purchase them till after she knew what everyone wanted. She offered different things in each category like 1more show these items, 3 more etc. You could designate specific things for senior promotes and other for team leader. It could help motivate them to promote faster.

I gave my recruits something for their Why bag when they qualified and I am working on new items for when they recruit someone else. You can get miniature Disney characters at the family dollar. Very inexpensive and encouraging at the same time!!

Hello there! As a fellow consultant, I completely understand the desire to recognize and reward our hard-working Senior Consultants and Team Leaders. I have a few budget-friendly ideas that I think could work well for your April meeting.Firstly, you could consider creating personalized recipe cards or booklets for each Senior Consultant and Team Leader. This not only shows appreciation for their promotion, but also allows them to share their favorite recipes with their customers. You could even include a special discount code for their customers to use on their next purchase.Another idea could be to give them a set of kitchen tools or gadgets that they can use during their demonstrations or at home. This could include things like a mini whisk, herb scissors, or a citrus juicer. Not only are these useful items, but they also serve as a reminder of their promotion and your appreciation.Lastly, you could create a special gift basket filled with a variety of your products. This allows them to try out different items and also serves as a thank you for their hard work and dedication. You could even add a personalized note or card to make it more meaningful.I hope these ideas help and that you are able to find the perfect way to recognize and reward your Senior Consultants and Team Leaders within your budget. Best of luck with your April meeting!
