Does PC contact you when your website is up for renewal or do they automatically renew it for the previous term?

They do contact you prior to renewal time and if you don't want it you just have to let them know. If you do want to keep it you do nothing and they automatically renew it, then send you another email telling you that.

I would call them to see if they will let you cancel early. Maybe they'll let you.
