For the Smoky Black Bean Wraps, it calls for 2/3 cup rice and then "cooked" rice in the assembly instructions. How do I cook 2/3 cup rice in the Rice Cooker? Show at 3 pm CST.

depends on what kind of rice and what the directions on the package say. I make all kinds of different rices in the RCP, but I always just do what the package tells me, as all are different.

Just cook up a batch of rice and measure out what you need. That's what I did.

Jessica, what did you do, and how did it turn out?

I just did the 1 cup and had them measure it out. Its funny, that's the only way I know how to make it!
