I think this thread has made another convert. :) My September shows all have their stuff already - with postcards for the host to distribute. I think starting Oct I'll be going with the mini's and ME doing the distribution. Thanks for the inspiration!

I started mailing out Minicats for my Sept shows - 3 shows mailed out so far.
I printed out one of the two attached flyers on colored paper...with the CC order form on the back in case anyone wanted to order. I put my contact info sticker on the mini. Put it all in an envelope with the host's return address. I look forward to seeing the results.
BTW - the graphics in my flyer invite are outdated and I don't know how to update them - can anyone do that for me and post it?

Carolyn,
These look like they are inserted photos, so you should be able to click on them (when little box appears around it) hit delete and that picture should disappear.

To get new ones, depends on what you want, go through your web site photos and click on and save them and put them where you want them.

That's what I do. I don't have time right now to do them, but let me know after Weds. if you want it done and what kinds of products you want on and I'll see what I can do.

Lisa

I decided to play with the various fliers posted & I think this is what I'll be using....

The *letter to the host and the *guest list worksheet (including a SASE) will go to the host, along with a planning guide, a catalog, a copy of the host special & a few extra invitations - which will be the *full page invite with the *order form on the back and a mini catalog all in a #10 envelope. :) Thanks for the inspiration, everybody!

* - if it has a star it's attached here.

I have tried that, Lisa, but can't seem to get it to work. If you wouldn't mind playing with it and adding any newer/current products I'd be forever indebted!! <3

Hey Lisa - I am trying again and am not sure from where I can lift new pics...from the thumbnails on my PWS maybe?
Heeeeeelp!!!
:)

Okay Cheffers...
I am a techno-dork...can't do anything. Poop :P
I can't for the life of me, change the pictures of outdated products on my flyer invite I posted above in post #62
Can anyone help me?

Me too Carolyn - so I use one without pictures. :D (they get lots of pictures in the mini I send along with the flyer)

The way I put new photos in my newsletter - go to your PWS Assistant as if you're changing things on your web site. Pick the picture you would like to use from the thumbnails - click on larger - then I do a hard right click on my mouse which brings up the option to copy the photo. Once it's copied I go to my newsletter/flyer and paste it where I want it to be. Hope that helps!

I have tried that a million times but it won't let me insert the pics into the flyer. :(

I am thinking maybe I don't have the right program to make changes to this file? I didn't make the flyer - an old customer of mine made it for me years ago.
