I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can go. My mom will be out of the country for the next 4 months so hopefully DH can get a Jan schedule with these days off. He doesn't bid his Jan schedule until mid Dec....so I'm hoping!

That is so sweet Kris! It's amazing how well we get to know each other here.

We are 99% sure that he'll be able to get it off, but you never know. He's a pilot and they bid a new schedule/route EVERY month! He can usually get off the days he wants, but you can never be 100% sure that he will. These days are after the holiday season, so it shouldn't be a problem (now that I've said it, I've probably jinxed myself)

DH flies for Delta. He's a First Officer on the 767-400. Mostly he flies to Europe, South America, and Hawaii.

I'm flying Delta too.....but I'm non-reving so there's no telling what flight I'll be on! LOL (hopefully there won't be any problems and I'll get on one!) I'm looking forward to meeting you too. Hey, are you the same Morfia that I saw on CC for Nov Sell-A-Thon? (don't remember which category, sorry) If so, congrats!

Glad you're going to be joining us there, Malisa! Cheffer pins are available at the Cafe Press shop that's linked in my signature (the "Cheffer Stuff" link). And, yep, it's so we can ID each other in crowds. I met someone last year at Conference who hadn't been to the meet n greet, but I saw her button.

Come to think of it, I met a couple people at Leadership last year the same way.

Thanks Ann. Looking forward to meeting some new people. I don't know anyone here locally (other than the couple that I have recruited) and my upline director is in Chicago. So it will be nice to be able to hook-up with some people. I went to Leadership in Atlanta and NC a few years ago and really felt like a fish out of water. There wasn't anyone that I knew and everyone seemed to be in little groups (it was like HS all over again and I was the new girl). Hopefully Leadership will be better this time. Looking forward to the meet-n-greet to make some new friends!

That clique thing is what we're trying to avoid by having the schedule. That way, you can see if there's anyone from here in your workshops and make a new friend. As long as you don't get cliquey to the non-cheffers. I'm going to be in a similar boat this year - I'm the only person (as far as I know) from my SD's group who is going.
