You can order them via P3.

Very easy....just go to the non-commission order icon at the top of P3. After putting in the date, select 'replacement order' as the type. Then prepare/submit like a regular order.

Why don't they have the replacement parts set up under supply order or something. Would save on shipping, I'd think. NM, I see the S&H is included thank goodness, I was thinking $2.50 for the replacement pump for suds pump was a little high. Still, cheaper than sending back for replacement even though mine's only 6weeks old.

I like that replacement parts can be sent right to customers and shipping is included so it doesn't look like you're paying a lot extra. Also, you can order RP anytime for the same price. Shipping doesn't change if you order more than once a month.
