way back about 4-5 years ago I heard of this great salad PC ladies were making. I am new and only have a few cook books. Does anyone have this recipe for the Chinese Chicken salad? I have a hawaiian theme b-day party to go to and wanted to impress everyone with a good PC recipe to share!
