way back about 4-5 years ago I heard of this great salad PC ladies were making. I am new and only have a few cook books. Does anyone have this recipe for the Chinese Chicken salad? I have a hawaiian theme b-day party to go to and wanted to impress everyone with a good PC recipe to share!

Chinese Chicken SaladIngredients: • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced• 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds• 1/4 cup chopped green onions• 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped• 2 tablespoons sesame seeds• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil• 2 tablespoons soy sauce• 2 tablespoons white sugar• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar• 2 teaspoons sesame oil• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger• 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size piecesDirections: 1.
