Ok...I know I should know this, but what is the non-stick on our Executive cookware?

OK, thanks. DuPont Autograph 2. What does that mean, exactly? So it isn't teflon?

DuPont is the same company that makes Teflon. Kind of like Ford makes Escorts and Mustangs. The way it has been explained to me is that the Autograph coating is baked on rather than sprayed on (like Teflon), which means that if the coating is scratched, it will not flake off.
