I'd like to see more blades for the UM...(as an add-on accessory)
a METAL lid for the metal rectangular baker

Can't remember what else I wrote down at conference

I use the martini shaker to make my ranch. Works perfect.:D

I don't own the martini shaker, but that sounds like a good idea. But I still think the MM&P is quite messy to use. Plus there's MSG in the Ranch packets, so I'd like to come up with a more natural ingredient type of recipe. ;)

I'd like glass measuring cups similar to Pyrex--a one cup that can sit inside a 2 cup due to the handle design--and perhaps even a 4-cup for the 2-cup t sit in. I'd also like a larger rolling pin and new design for dishes (I never got into the dots thing). I've had a few different people request some fondu dishes/implements, also pet food dishes.

I would LOVE to have a cookbook stand.

Goodbye TAUPE. If they were to bring back another color for a season (which has to be an incredibly expensive way to do it) how about the white or a shade of yellow?

I'd also like more of the chill n serve products--bowls would be great, and I like the pink idea.

PLEASE bring back some better quality kitchen tools (like the ones suddenly removed from our catalog last year).

But please fix them so they are weighted better. I have a full set that now sits in my office because DH and I were sick of them falling out of pans, etc. I had given away the black version and had to re-buy them.

I would love to see:
Hamburger Press (with storage containers like Tupperwares)
Potato "wedger" for making french fries

Exactly! The only ones of that set that I use are the small spatula, and small spoon.

Simply Organic Ranch Dressing Mix. :) I love the whole line of Simply Organic Products. I'll also see if I can find the recipe for Dry Ranch Dressing Mix that I make up and use. It's really good and VERY simple!

Please! I love Ranch dressing and can't find one that is "healthier" that I like. In January I am really going to try and change what I put in my body for good. I do ok now, but still need to do much better.

I actually like the black nylon tools better than the ones that were taken out of the catalog! They are sturdier!

I use the apple wedger for steak fries

I'm hoping to see a new BBQ Basting brush as they discontinued the the one last fall. My husband loved it (and he HATES silicone brushes) but didn't like how easily the head came off. He actually had it fly off a time or two. I'd like to see it with the silicone head, but don't make the head removable. Also, I'd like to see a redesign on the BBQ Tongs. I HATE the lock they have on them. I'd like to see a lock like like the Chef's Tongsl

It is so funny what one person hates, others love. I loved the old basting brush especially that the head was removable. Ours didnt fly off though. And i hate the lock on the chef's tongs because it locks whe. I dont want it to. ;)

A consultant friend suggested a Large Ridged baker. She pointed out that they already named the current one "small", which implies a larger one is coming.....that they name things like that when there are various sizes. So i wonder.....but it wouldn't be this year I would think. It couldnt really fall under most requested yet. But we shall see!

I agree with that, but they are easy enough to unlock again. My husband got so mad at the lock on our BBQ tongs that he broke it off.

I wish they would come back with a cherry pitter. I feel like every other month I am asked for that thing.

I would like them to come out with a mesquite rub. Yesterday I was grating cheese with my fine microplane grater and thought it'd be nice to have a measuring cup to catch the cheese so I know how much I've grated. Could be rectangular so the grater lays on top. Then it'd need a lid too so you could store your extra cheese. I'd also like a block attachment for the coarse grater. I know the one from the fine grater fits but they say not to use it. Not sure why. I'd also like to see a 12" saute pan. And dots glassware in a hard plastic. And dots napkin rings would be really cute. Or bamboo napkin rings.

I've had two requests for this just this month. And more before that. This would definitely sell if they brought it back!

It'd be nice if they came out with an Italian cookbook and a pot/pan rack^good idea about a large ridged baker. That makes sense and that would be perfect to fit more than 2 steaks :D

It always amazes me when new products come out because I'm thinking "what else could we need/want" and then there is always something I can't live without...lol I actually have no idea what it could be this Spring. But, I do wish they would restyle a few things...the suds pump, the oil spritzer (would love stainless) and the egg slicer plus definately needs to be restyled. I would love to see a bigger bowl for the MFP...one that keeps the same top...and lids to fit on the bowls.

I don't need anymore stoneware...of any color...and I don't need anymore SA.

Pretty much agree with this. Except that I would like an SA butter dish and maybe a gravy boat.

BUTTER dish!! YES! I've been using our SA small square bowls for butter but REALLY want a pretty 'actual' butter dish!

I would love a SA creamer & sugar bowl....I replaced my last set of dishes with the white square plate, but I don't have a set of these anymore now. I would love the Dots or just white.

Did you know - we all have different sized butter!? West coasties are more short and thicker, East coasters have longer skinny sticks. (don't go there...) There's a thread on this from some time ago with pictures. I guess they could make a dish that would accommodate both, though.

I'm betting Cookbook stand, but I was just thinking we need a larger batter bowl (maybe that would fit with the Kitchen Aid mixer...hmmm?) . I hope for a cake platter lid and a smaller DCB.

Someone asked for a lowfat version of ranch dressing - here was a WW recipe from a LONG time ago::chef:

blend 2 packets HV ranch dressing mix
1 16-oz. container cottage cheese
1 cup buttermilk

It's fantastic on potatoes, but works very well as a dressing. You need to blend it or food process it for a long time as I recall - break it into a thin mousse consistency, kind of like pancake batter.

Not a product speculation, more of a policies thing I want them to change. I know we don't get commission on those half-price, 60% off and free host rewards. And that's great! I'm okay with that, but I DO wish they would count them as sales points for our trip incentives.

I have SO MANY people ask me for a bigger Can Strainer for the Big Cans of Tuna Fish you get from Sams

On that same note I would love to see gift certificates reworked. Would rather not get commission when they are sold and be able to accept them as payment at parties and through our personal websites.

I didn't know that! Is it packaged in the same weight ratios?

Although, my butter comes in one pound blocks, straight from the farm where I also get my meat, milk, cheese, and eggs...so I'm used to making it fit anyway. I keep my butter for spreading in a glasslock container similar to the ones from PC, only a rectangular shape, and I always just smoosh it to fit the container. :)
The rest of my butter I measure by weight before using it for baking.

I know it's the same in WI and NC as well as IL, IN, and TX. Also CT, VA and NY so my guess is that Midwest and East Coast are the same. I'll have to ask my sil in TX if it was different in Washington State... (talking about the butter cubes here...)

We can get both in my area Dallas metroplex and I HATE the short fat cubes it always throws me off :)

My money is on a smaller DCB as the new spring product. I can't tell you how many people have a microwave that won't accommodate the large DCB. That leaves a lot of shows where I can't WOW them with the 30-minute chicken.

I totally agree that a smaller DCB would be awesome. I had no idea my mom can not use her DCB at all in the microwave when I took a casserole for Christmas! Had to put it in the oven and we ended up eating 45 minutes later than expected because of it. What a bummer! It fits but will not turn and then hangs up on the sides and scrapes against the turn table. Not a good thing when something that should move freely and does not. That can ruin the microwave!

I'm wondering if they would make a round dcb that would fit the microwave and still accomodate a whole chicken. I absolutely love my old round stone bowl and use it frequently (in the oven). It'd probably fit in my microwave but I haven't tried it.
