I need lots of help figuring out all the details of how to submit a show with the paper form rather than through PP. I'm going on vacation and need to submit shows this way while I am gone.

Question 1 - Do I just use the 3-part receipts and send each of the top copies with the "Show Order Form"?

Question 2 - What is meant by "Show Tally" where it says to fill out the box on the back of the top sheet? Is that what I need to do?

Question 3 - Is there a spot to put the Guest Special on the 3-part Itemized receipt? I just wrote it in under "Product Specials" for now - I just want to make sure it gets ordered.

Any other tips would be great, I'm sure I'll have more questions. Thanks so much!

Oh! I think I get it. Do I do one big order form where I "tally" all the products ordered and submit just that one sheet with the "Show Order Form"?? But then how do they know who ordered what so they can make the nice little tear sheets for the host to sort the orders? Or do they not do that for this kind of show submission?

Isn't there a part of the triplicate order form that goes to HO?

You fill out a tally sheet (fromt copy of one of the orderforms) using a hash mark / for each item purchased. Then you fill out the show order form. Directions are on the back of that form. The only thing you send to PC is their copy of the tally sheet and show order form and the tear off part of the guest receipts IF they paid by credit card and a check from YOU for the amount that was paid by check or cash.

you have to make sure you have to show order forms that are on the supply order form

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the process for submitting a show using a paper form?

To submit a show using a paper form, first, ensure you have all the necessary information filled out on the form, including host details, guest orders, and payment information. Once completed, mail the form along with any payments to the designated address provided by Pampered Chef. Make sure to keep a copy for your records.

How do I obtain a paper form for submitting shows?

You can obtain a paper form by logging into your Pampered Chef consultant account and downloading it from the resources section. Alternatively, you can request a physical copy from your director or upline if you prefer a printed version.

What should I do if I make a mistake on the paper form?

If you make a mistake on the paper form, it’s best to correct it neatly. Use a single line to cross out the incorrect information and write the correct details next to it. Ensure that the corrections are clear and legible. If the mistake is significant, consider starting a new form to avoid confusion.

How long does it take for my show to be processed after submitting a paper form?

Processing times for paper forms can vary, but typically it takes about 1-2 weeks for your show to be processed once it is received by Pampered Chef. Keep in mind that mailing times may also affect how quickly your submission is processed.

Can I track the status of my show after submitting a paper form?

Unfortunately, tracking the status of a show submitted via paper form is not as straightforward as online submissions. However, you can contact Pampered Chef customer service for updates or check with your director for assistance in tracking the status of your submission.
