That's what my host is asking for. Any suggestions before I start combing through my cookbooks?

Thanks!

Amanda

Tortilla chips are gluten free, so maybe you could do Jerk Chicken Nachos. Or instead of the Jerk rub, use the Chili Lime Rub and do the Confetti Mango Salsa. I don't know if that's "hearty" enough, though. :)

Jerk Chicken Nachos! OR Mexican Cheese Crisps. Or Touchdown Taco Dip w/ chips.

Also - the new recipe for 7 layer salad dip - SO yummy, and you can serve it with veggies and GF crackers. (we like the Blue Diamond Nut crackers - those are really good...or Glutino has good GF crackers too, and also the Back To Nature rice crackers are good.)

Yes! That 7 layer salad dip is soooo delicious!! I didn't think I'd like it because I hate peas, but for some reason I really don't mind them in that recipe! Go figure! lol :D

Great ideas! I think I'll recommend the 7 layer salad dip!Amanda

The microwave chips either potato or sweet potato are glutin free. If you ever need breadcrumbs for meatloaf you can substitute cooked quinoa. It absorbs flavors and very healthy.
