here is the scenario:
My sister lives in TX, I am in Virginia. My nephew is in the school marching band and they are trying to raise $$$ for a trip to NYC next spring. I would LOVE to have them do a fundraiser, but there obviously couldn't be a demo. What do you all think the best way to handle the logistics is AND do you think I should offer incentives to the kids as I think it will motivate them (I could get donations from local stores...local to them, not me!)
