I have a past host who I got 4 bookings from and 2 strong recruit leads - one of which may be signing at the end of the month.

Does anyone have some sort of gift certificate made up? I'd like to give her a $25 gift certificate - valid once her friend qualifies.
 
There are some wonderful templates in Word. Connect to Microsoft Office online and you will find oodles of blank templates. Love them!
 
I think if you seach in files here there are a few as well. I have used them.

I found gift certificates but nothing specific to referrals.
