Is there a certain letter you send out for people that may want to host a show? I met a lady that told me she may want to, and I followed up with her via the phone. But I also wanted to send her an email so she can visibly see the great host benefits for this month!

If you have a personal website, there is a great email that you can send that shows the host special. If you don't have a website, PM me your email and I'll send it to you so you can forward it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a host letter and why do I need one?

A host letter is a communication tool that outlines the benefits and details of hosting a Pampered Chef party. It helps potential hosts understand what to expect, the rewards they can earn, and how easy it is to organize the event. This letter can motivate them to take the next step in hosting a party.

What should I include in the host letter?

Your host letter should include information about the benefits of hosting, such as free products, discounts, and exclusive offers. Additionally, include details about the party format, how long it will last, and what kind of products will be showcased. Personalizing the letter with a friendly tone and specific incentives can also be effective.

How can I personalize the host letter for my potential host?

To personalize the host letter, address the recipient by name and mention any specific interests they have that relate to Pampered Chef products. You can also reference previous conversations you’ve had with them about cooking or entertaining, and highlight how hosting a party can enhance their experiences in those areas.

Is there a template I can use for the host letter?

Yes, many Pampered Chef consultants provide templates for host letters that you can customize. These templates typically include sections for benefits, party details, and a personal message. You can find these resources in your consultant training materials or on the Pampered Chef website.

How do I follow up after sending the host letter?

After sending the host letter, it’s important to follow up with a friendly phone call or message. Ask if they have any questions about the letter or hosting a party. This shows your enthusiasm and willingness to help, and it can encourage them to commit to hosting.
