Yummy! I'm making it for our ladies' night out/Po-Keno tonight. It is AWESOME. I quadrupled the recipe for a crowd. Made the lentils last night so they could chill completely. Definitely going to be a crowd pleaser and repeat! And, to top it all off, it's HEALTHY!
