Has anyone who earned the Cool & Serve with the 2 May shows not gotten it yet (June 1)? My Director said she got a voicemail from HO on Friday saying there was a shipping mix-up and she should get it today. She can't even find tracking for it by the back door. Another cluster member has not gotten hers, either.
 
Hi Becca,

I earned mine, haven't received it yet, and received a message from HO as well saying that I should be receiving it no later than June 1. However, June 1 is almost over and I'm sure I won't be seeing a Fed Ex truck pulling up my driveway in the next 1 1/2 hours! I'm going to give HO a call tomorrow and see what's going on. Very aggravating!!! :mad:
