Make sure to change the drawing slip in reference to the new consultant kit since it's $155 now. I'm participating a craft show in a little over a week. I'm really excited but it's much larger scale than anything I've done before. It's very well attended and I've notice PC consultants with a bowl full of names whenever I've gone. I'm thrilled to be able to be involved in it this time but am a little overwhelmed. I have some items to sell, not just show, but don't want the table to be too crowded. I have so many ideas from this site so I want to do a bridal section too. I'm also sharing the booth with a Creative Memories Consultant so that'll be interesting.Jennie4PC said:Here is the drawing slip

When setting up your booth, it's essential to include a visually appealing display of your products, a clear sign with your business name, pricing information, and promotional materials like flyers or brochures. Additionally, consider having a tablecloth that matches your branding, a cash box or mobile payment system, and samples of your products for customers to try.
To attract more customers, create an eye-catching display with bright colors and organized product arrangements. Use engaging signage that highlights special offers or promotions. Additionally, consider offering free samples or demonstrations of your products, as this can draw in passersby and encourage them to stop and engage with you.
When pricing your products, consider offering bundle deals or discounts for multiple purchases to encourage higher sales volumes. Ensure your prices are competitive but also reflect the quality of your products. Clearly display your prices and any promotions to make it easy for customers to make purchasing decisions.
Engaging with customers is crucial for making sales. Greet everyone who approaches your booth with a friendly smile and an inviting demeanor. Ask open-ended questions about their cooking habits or preferences, and listen actively to their responses. Be prepared to share the benefits of your products and offer personalized recommendations based on their needs.
After the festival, follow up with customers who provided their contact information by sending a thank-you email or a special offer for their next purchase. Consider creating a newsletter to keep them informed about new products, upcoming events, and exclusive promotions. This helps build a relationship and encourages repeat business.
