Fall schedule is empty--would like to contact previous fall host. What do you offer repeat host? Thanks!

Most Definitely contact your previous fall hosts! You offer them the opportunity to receive at least $100 in FREE products, 1/2 price items and a steep discount off of anything else they want! Let them know about the September host specials! Share with them that we have over 30 new products!!!

Offer them a cooking show!

I've been doing good with past hosts mentioning the September cookware host special.

I don't offer them anything special. If they've hosted before, they know what they can get!I just rebooked my best host ever and I'm offering her anything. Heck, she got like $600 worth of freebies! How can I compete with that???? :D

I mention the "double host benefit" to all my host (when they rebook in the new season). I let them know that within the 6 months, they will not only be in a new season, but will get double the monthly host benefit. They all rebook! When I am a month or two away from this time, I will call the host, tell her what the specials are, remind her that she'll be able to get two. I get a firm date on the calendar. If you get in the habit of re-booking your hosts, you will always have a full schedule 6 months out. My January/February should look like my full August calendar. I emailed you Barb!

Frequently Asked Questions

Repeat bookings refer to the practice of securing additional hosting opportunities from previous hosts. This can involve asking past hosts to host another party or event, leveraging their positive experience and satisfaction with their previous event to encourage them to book again.

How can I encourage my hosts to book repeat parties?

To encourage repeat bookings, maintain a strong relationship with your hosts. Follow up after their event to thank them and ask for feedback. Highlight the benefits of hosting again, such as new products, exclusive offers, or the chance to earn additional rewards. Personalize your approach based on their interests and previous experiences.

What incentives can I offer to hosts for repeat bookings?

Consider offering special incentives for repeat hosts, such as discounts on future purchases, exclusive products, or additional rewards for hosting multiple events. You could also create a loyalty program that recognizes and rewards hosts for their continued engagement and support.

How can I leverage social media to promote repeat bookings?

Utilize social media to showcase successful past events, share testimonials from satisfied hosts, and highlight upcoming product launches. Create engaging content that encourages previous hosts to consider hosting again, such as countdowns to new product releases or sneak peeks of exclusive offers for repeat hosts.

Develop a systematic follow-up plan that includes personalized messages, reminders about upcoming promotions, and invitations to exclusive events.
