Maximizing Bookings with Effective Networking Strategies

I got another booking for July! I went to my son's field day on Wednesday and a mom wanted the corer. I asked her if she ever had a party (using my new script in my head) and she said she probably should but wanted a catalog first. Then she turns to the other moms and says "Hey I am going to have a party and invite all the moms in the class. It will be great!"

I saw her today and gave her a packet at the end of school potluck. I am so excited. I am finally getting to where I need to be. It feels good again to be back in the ring where I belong.

That's fabulous Rebecca - congrats on WORKIN' IT!!!!

Yes, congrats. It's inspiring to read about the good things happening to other consultants. Makes me want to get out there. People tell me they need a certain product all the time. I've never said "have you ever had a show before?" Duh! That's so easy. It's not threatening or pushy. I'll definitely be trying that "line".

Way to go!!! Good for you for stepping out of your comfort zone and turning a casual conversation into a booking! WOOHOOOO!!

That's awesome! I booked 2 shows last night while I was out shopping for clothes for conference, one at Kohl's Dept. Store and the manager at our Lane Bryant Store! You just never know when you will peak someones interest!! WOOOHOOO for you!!

I am so glad you did the fair! It is so worth it! If you can get more shifts, I'd say do it! The fee is soooo worth it! I am still getting calls from fair leads two years ago. My first fair here is July 6-8. All by my lonesome. I LOVE IT! I can't wait to see the benefits from it. It is also going to pay for my Nov. Holiday fair too.

Remember what I said in my email. Don't give up! You can do this too! I want to be able to walk with you in January!
