Does anyone have a 3-2-1 sheet to keep track on contacts that you give to your downline?

Kelly, are you on director chef success? I think someone posted one there.

I am not on Director Chef Success, but thanks! I thought maybe there would be on one here that maybe even someone uses for personal use. I am not computer illiterate-I just thought why re-invent the wheel?

I also use this to keep track so I don't have to look back at my other sheets and I can count how many I have called.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a 3-2-1 Contact Sheet?

A 3-2-1 Contact Sheet is a simple organizational tool used in direct sales to help you manage your downline effectively. It typically includes three contacts to reach out to, two follow-ups, and one new prospect to connect with each week. This method helps maintain consistent communication and support within your team.

How can I use the 3-2-1 Contact Sheet to support my downline?

You can use the 3-2-1 Contact Sheet to identify key team members who may need encouragement or assistance. By reaching out to three team members each week, following up with two who may be struggling, and connecting with one new prospect, you can foster a supportive environment and help your downline thrive.

What types of contacts should I include in my 3-2-1 Contact Sheet?

In your 3-2-1 Contact Sheet, consider including a mix of team members at different levels of experience. For the three contacts, choose those who may need motivation, those who are performing well and can share tips, and those who are new and may need guidance. For the follow-ups, focus on individuals who have expressed challenges or have not been active recently. The new prospect should be someone you’ve recently met or who has shown interest in the Pampered Chef opportunity.

How often should I update my 3-2-1 Contact Sheet?

It's best to update your 3-2-1 Contact Sheet weekly. This allows you to keep track of your interactions and ensure that you are consistently reaching out to different members of your downline. Regular updates will help you stay organized and responsive to the needs of your team.

What are the benefits of using a 3-2-1 Contact Sheet for my Pampered Chef business?

The benefits of using a 3-2-1 Contact Sheet include improved communication with your downline, increased accountability, and enhanced team morale. By systematically reaching out to team members, you can build stronger relationships, identify areas where individuals may need help, and encourage a culture of support and collaboration within your team.
