Does anyone have any ideas to share about how to keep active? I have a clusterfull of people that could use some ideas. I have heard about the "catalog club" where people promise to buy $10 in product every month and get to get the host rewards once a year (or something like that), but does anyone have anything written down, or any other ideas? I would like to give my downline some ideas to show them how EASY it is to stay active.

Hi and Welcome!!

A sister director in Orlando has something and I tried to find it and came up empty handed but here's something I did find.

There are many ways to stay active in your business and keep your downline motivated. Here are a few ideas:1. Host a monthly team challenge: Set a goal for your team to reach each month and offer a prize for the person who meets or exceeds it. This could be a certain amount of sales, recruiting a certain number of new team members, or reaching a specific rank. This will encourage friendly competition and motivation within your team.2. Create a monthly newsletter: Share success stories, tips, and updates with your downline through a monthly newsletter. This will help keep them informed and motivated to stay active in their business.3. Offer training sessions: Schedule regular training sessions for your team to help them improve their skills and knowledge. This could be in the form of webinars, conference calls, or in-person meetings.4. Encourage team challenges: Encourage your team to set their own personal goals and offer support and encouragement to help them reach them. This could be a certain number of sales, hosting a certain number of parties, or recruiting a certain number of new team members.5. Utilize social media: Create a private Facebook group for your team where you can share tips, updates, and success stories. This will also allow your team to connect with and support each other.6. Offer incentives: Consider offering incentives for your team to stay active, such as a free product or gift card for reaching certain goals or milestones.Remember, staying active in your business is all about finding what works best for you and your team. Keep an open line of communication with your downline and continuously look for new and creative ways to keep them motivated and engaged. Good luck!
