Lost My Business Building Kit Info Sheet!

I can't find the sheet with the description and prices of the (I think it's called) Business Building kit or pack. It was something like $36 and included catalogs, info cards, etc. Since I have qualified and have PC $s burning a hole in my pocket I thought it might be a good deal.

I know that there is a deadline for new consultants to order, so it may not be readily available to view on the website, but can someone provide some details, including order item number, for me, please?

P. S. I've probably put this somewhere so I wouldn't lose it. I'll find it later and go "Oh, yeah, this seemed like the perfect place to keep this." ADHD, Alzheimers or just too much on my plate?

I think its 60 days from signing that you have to order it. If you use P3 software go to non-commission order, supplies, add item then click on the little magnifying glass (instead of inputting the item number), I was able to find it on there at the special price instead of mailing the form in.
I should have mine by now but FedEx has lost my package somewhere in Iowa :cry:
