The caddies are clear! And they are new in the box! One may have been used as an event display one time. I opened the second box to see what color it was!
Yes, they are for the blue/teal plates and silverware!
The tumblers are also new in the box! One box is opened and 3 of the cups (one of each color) was used one time for an event display.
