Does anyone have a good script that really works with people?? I'm looking for something I can use for people that I met at fairs not old customers.

Any help much appreciated.

Sarah

I would like a good one as well, since everyone I called after a booth just want me to send catalogue and not book a show or ordering, and even when I do FC after sending the catalogue I can't get them to book.

There are some good phone scripts on this site. Just search "*script*" (include the *s). About 4 or 5 show up and they are really good. If they don't specifically suit your situation you can always modify them. There is also one I think it's called 3-call host coaching or something like that.

Good luck, Linda

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I include in my phone script for Pampered Chef?

Your phone script should include a friendly greeting, a brief introduction of yourself and Pampered Chef, the purpose of your call, and a clear call to action. Make sure to personalize it based on your relationship with the person you're calling.

How can I make my phone script sound more natural?

To make your phone script sound more natural, practice it several times before making calls. Use conversational language, and be prepared to go off-script if the conversation flows in a different direction. Listening actively and responding to the other person's cues will also help.

What are some common objections I might face during my calls?

Common objections include concerns about cost, time commitment, or skepticism about the products. Be prepared to address these objections with empathy and provide solutions or testimonials that can help alleviate their concerns.

How long should my phone script be?

Your phone script should be concise, ideally lasting no longer than 2-3 minutes. This allows you to communicate your message effectively without overwhelming the person on the other end of the line.

Can I use my phone script for different types of calls?

Yes, you can adapt your phone script for different types of calls, such as recruiting new team members, following up with customers, or inviting people to parties. Just make sure to adjust the content to fit the specific purpose of each call while maintaining your core message.
