Barbecued Country-Style Pork RibsI have this recipe for you~

Barbecued Country-Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
4-5 pounds country-style pork loin ribs
6 cups water
2 can (14 1/2 ounces) beef broth
2 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

Directions:
1. Place ribs in Professional (8-qt.) Stockpot. Add water, broth, bay leaves and garlic pressed with Garlic Press. Cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour, 15 minutes or until pork is tender. Remove ribs from stockpot with Nylon Tongs.

2. Meanwhile, prepare grill for direct cooking over medium coals. Place ribs on grid of grill. Brush with barbecue sauce using Barbecue Basting Brush. Grill, uncovered, 10-12 minutes or until well glazed, brushing and turning frequently with Barbecue Tongs. Serve with additional warmed barbecue sauce, if desired.
