SUMMARY

To effectively encourage past hosts to re-book a show, direct phone communication is recommended over written letters. Hosts are more likely to engage in conversation and respond positively when contacted via phone. My Hosts from last year are getting the emails from HO that their discount is about to expire because their year is about up. Do any of you have a letter to send to them to get them to re-book a show this year!?!? I am just not creative enough to put one together and many of you are do GREAT at it! Any help would be appreciated!

I would say the best way to contact them is by picking up the phone and calling them. They are more apt to disregard a letter that you send.

Yep, it's always better to call (even though the phone is a lot heavier than a pen and paper.;))

You have a great opportunity to say "hey, did you get the email about your PHD expiring? I wanted to be sure I still had the right email address." Ask them how they are liking their products and if you can tell them about your upcoming specials.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the purpose of a letter to past hosts to re-book a show?

The purpose of the letter is to reconnect with past hosts, remind them of the fun and benefits of hosting a Pampered Chef show, and encourage them to book another event. It serves as a friendly reminder of the rewards they enjoyed and the new products available.

What should I include in the letter to make it appealing?

Include a personal touch by mentioning specific memories from their previous show, highlight any new products or recipes, and outline the benefits of hosting again, such as exclusive host discounts, free products, and the chance to gather friends for a fun event.

How can I personalize the letter for each past host?

Personalize the letter by addressing the host by name, referencing their previous show, and including specific details about their experience, such as the recipes they enjoyed or the products they earned. This makes the letter feel more genuine and tailored to them.

What is the best way to follow up after sending the letter?

Follow up with a phone call or a text message a week after sending the letter. This shows your enthusiasm and willingness to help them plan their next show. It also provides an opportunity for them to ask questions or express interest in booking.

How often should I send letters to past hosts?

It's a good idea to send letters to past hosts at least once or twice a year. This keeps you on their radar and reminds them of the fun they had while also introducing them to new products and promotions. Timing it around seasonal events or holidays can also be effective.
