Hey all, its time for me to leave this happy family. I have come to the end of my PC run and I must say I am leaving on a good note (2 1k shows in a row makes it hard to leave!).

Anyway, my fitness and personal training biz has taken off and I don't have the time to commit to PC so it's "so long"..well at least for now anyway!

Thank you all for being there and sharing all your wonderful ideas and files. Without this group my biz would not have been as successful!

Take care and I will pop in and out!

Misty

How cool!
my fitness and personal training biz

I am studying to take the NASM test (USA certification - I'm sure Canada has a different acronym). I want to coach periomenopausal women to health that will last into their 80s and 90s....starting with myself ;0

Don't be a stranger - come back and tell us how it's going!

Misty...glad to hear that your business is doing well!

It's nice to know that if/when you want to return, it's easy to restart with PC!!

Good luck with everything...and come say hi here when you have a second!
