You go girl! I love how you set your goals and hold yourself accountable. I hope to join you in the Bahamas!! I leave in one week for my cruise and I KNOW it'll get me addicted to ALWAYS earning a trip. That's my plan from here on out, to at least learn some type of trip every year. I"m on track for level 3/Atlantis as of now, but we'll see if I can keep that up with crazy months ahead. I was amazed when I realized I could actually earn the cruise last fall. I just wished I didn't wait until September to sit down and figure out if I was on track or not.

That's my biggest advice for everyone.....start looking at the start of the year (or ASAP right now) to see what you need to be on track for the level you want to earn. PC makes it easy for us to earn SOMETHING!!!

Marlene, I'm bummed we're not at the same conference in July...I'd love to see your Vienna pictures!!:D
 
I am offering my June hosts a silicone basting brush free. It is a hot product now and I am taking advantage of that!! I really wish that PC would have a better June special than the baskets knowing that we need to get shows to earn the sell-a-thon stuff. When I tell potential hosts what the June specials they always say the same thing.... What's the July special?? I am really doing well booking shows, but no one wants June!! I really wish June was that exclusive SS bowl that is special for August!! Gillian Wright

To help my June schedule, I've booked 6-7 business shows today! I'm hoping to boost my June Calendar with a really great May!

From what I hear, you are going to love your cruise! Everyone is raving about it!! Congratulations on earning your cruise! Did you know that less than 10% of all consultants earn any incentive?? That is even level 1!! So good job!! Wish I was cruising with you...it is cold here in Wyoming...we got snow a couple days ago!! Typical Wyoming!

Too bad about conferences!! That is the hard thing with there being 3 conferences...you make good friends and then you don't see them at the next conference! I made two really good friends in Vienna and we are all 3 in different waves!:eek:

When I have time, I will post some Vienna pictures!:p

Been crazy here....think we are going to buy our first Pampered Chef house TODAY or TOMORROW!!:D :D :D Depends on if our offer gets accepted!!! So everyone keep your fingers crossed for me!!:rolleyes:

JUNE Dollar Days flyer??Does anyone have a June Dollar Days flyer that they have made? I had one that I made for March but for some reason its not letting me change anything on it...and I don't remember how I made with the pics of products and everything..LOL!

Dollar days worked today!I used the dollar days flyer above and got 2 bookings for June woo hoo!! :D That make 4 for June. Bad thing is I have my daughters Graduation Commencement June 11 and Grad Party on June 24 so I gotta be very careful with my time, I also work FT, I am retiring from that job:D , last day June 30th, but I wish I would have quite last day in May darn it!!:mad: (hind sight)!!:rolleyes:
 
I can't WAIT to use the dollar days flyer at my wedding shower tomorrow, where they're expecting 30 people! I was thinking about throwing something extra in for the bride for every booking from her show, but I really don't think I'll need that extra incentive. Who knows?? What do you guys think? Should I offer something to the bride for every booking from her show? Maybe for every booking she gets, she can have an extra $______ off of her order??

I've never done anything like that, but I REALLY want to have a great May and June. I don't have many open dates in May, but would LOVE to cram June full of shows!:D
 
If you're doing the dollar days I wouldn't do anything for the bride. It can really start to add up when you do multiple bonuses and giveaways. Remember, she will be getting a lot of items at 60% off if she gets multiple bookings.

It sounds like it could be a great show with 30 people!

I think that extra incentive would be awesome Becky! I would have 2 stipulations thought, I guess you could call it the fine print!;) Must host and close show before June 30th to get the Price of the Day. Also, I would give her $5 off at each show instead of giving it to her up front b/c what if some of the shows don't follow through? She'll also receive her disount and get the host special. It could work great in your favor!:D

June is a really, really rough month from me, I am going to school full-time and going to classes 5 days and week, so I am shooting for the $10,000. It does seem sort of unrealistic though, but that is my goal, and the great thing is that my hubby is super supportive of this as well and doesn't laugh when I mention my goal!

Did they announce the sell a thon yet??? How do you know what the goal is?

I love the wovens! Maybe you need to look at the wovens in a different way? (when you change the way YOU look at things, the things you LOOK at change). I love them, I have 6 shows & 2-3 catalogs shows booked (a record for me) I think because I LOVE the baskets....
 
With the Dollar Days - are you putting the difference in what the host pays and the actual cost in as a "consultant gift"....just trying to get the most out of this for me and to make sure I am doing this right - what a great idea!
 
How do you do it??How do some of you get 6-7 bookings in one day? It seems when I try to get bookings when making phone calls, it NEVER happens!!:(

All I know is that if I start out dialling the # without a smile on my face or an idea of how I'd promote the idea than I'd be better off not calling at all. It's like one person calls an "Assumed Close." If you call someplace and ask them for help raising money for breast cancer than most of them will say yes, but you'll still get a lot of NO'S!
 
thanks for the ideas ladies. after taking 6 weeks off for having a baby i needed a little motivation to book june shows at my 4 shows this month. if all goes well hopefully i can do more than 4 shows next month.
