to run a report in PP to show everyone who has bought cookware? I really don't want to have to go back through each order!

yes go to total items history choose a date to run the report and the item # be sure you also run one for the months it was a special at 60% off using the special #.
 
The Total Items Sold History report. You can enter the item numbers that you want to run.
