Hello everyone! I'm a newbie and need a little help. I purchased the salad spinner and after the 2nd wash in the dishwasher the bowl warped. That's right 2nd washing, 1st time no problem 2nd time warped. Setting on DW is always the same and product is suppose to be DW safe. How do I handle getting the bowl replaced for free??

Thanks!!

1. Contact the manufacturer: The first step in getting a replacement bowl for your salad spinner is to contact the manufacturer directly. Look for their customer service contact information on their website or on the packaging of the product. Explain the situation and provide proof of purchase if possible.2. Check for warranty: If your salad spinner came with a warranty, check to see if the warped bowl is covered under it. If so, follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer or retailer to get a replacement bowl.3. Return to the retailer: If you purchased the salad spinner from a retailer, you can also try returning it to them for a replacement. Many retailers have a return or exchange policy for defective products.4. Use social media: Another option is to reach out to the manufacturer on social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook. Many companies have dedicated customer service teams that monitor their social media accounts and may be able to assist you with getting a replacement bowl.5. File a complaint: If all else fails, you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or your local consumer protection agency. This may prompt the manufacturer to take action and provide you with a replacement bowl.Remember to be polite but firm when requesting a replacement. Provide all necessary information and documentation to support your claim. With these steps, you should be able to get a free replacement bowl for your salad spinner.
