Is Making $2500-$3000 a Month Realistic for My Business?

Click For Summary
Many participants in the discussion are aiming to consistently earn between $2,500 to $3,000 per month through their business efforts. Key factors influencing earnings include the number of shows conducted and team performance. One contributor noted that conducting 8-10 shows per month resulted in personal sales exceeding $5,000, while their team achieved around $8,000 in total sales. Another shared that averaging 8 shows led to approximately $1,300 monthly earnings, with team sales fluctuating but averaging about $3,800 with 16 team members. A suggested formula indicates that a team conducting 10 shows could generate around $1,000 in income, scaling up with more shows. Commitment to increasing show frequency and maintaining team consistency is emphasized as essential for reaching these income goals. Collaboration and support among peers are encouraged to stay on track with financial objectives.

thanks and I appreciate anyone willing to share this with me.

Krissy~When I did 8-10 shows in April and May my sales were over $5k for me personally. I had @6 selling and our team sales were @ $8k. The most I mad then was $1800.

Hope this helps some!

Thanks Kristi~so your had personal sales over 5k and then you team did about 3k...
that does help~my team did about 5k last month without me but they aren't consistent..we are working on that..i haven't personally made over 1500 i don't think so I know i have ALOT of work ahead !!

Krissy,
I made that much a month or two last year. My goal is to consistently make over $2000 also. This year I have averaged 8 shows a month and made about $1300 a month (though June was very low for me personally so if you took that out I would average 9-10 shows a month) my team sales are very inconsistent but averaging this year about $3800 and I have 16 people on my team, but they don't all submit every month.
I would love to keep in touch and help keep each other on track with this goal!

A formula I teach my Team Leaders is that a 10 show team = $1000, a 25 show team = $2500 and a 40 show team = $4000. I have found this to be very true. Last month, my team did 50 shows, I did 8 shows (58 show team) and my check was $5900.
This does not mean you need 10, 25 or 40 people on your team to generate that income but rather, your team and you need to do that number of shows. It works out most months.
